Measurement example: The rising edge of pulse signals was observed using a Schottky-type CdTe detector biased at 700V with a Cs-137 source. The fast rise due to electrons (5ns) and the slow rise due to holes (55ns) can be clearly distinguished, and by feeding the signal into a waveform analyzer, waveform analysis can be performed taking advantage of 100MHz sampling.
